IP Assistant 设置窗口

IP Assistant 的图形界面以普通用户权限运行，网络修改由 Windows 服务执行。安装或首次配置服务后，日常切换网络配置无需反复确认 UAC。

配置数据保存在应用程序目录的 `data/profiles.json` 中。升级或重新安装时，卸载程序默认保留该目录。
